See /etc/rc.d/blan on how to create interfaces at startup or as source to do it in automatic way;

        DEV="br0"
        PHY="enp8s0"

        # ip link add name ${DEV} type bridge
        # ip link set dev ${DEV} up

        # ip route flush dev ${PHY}
        # ip addr flush dev ${PHY}
        # ip link set dev ${PHY} master ${DEV}

        # ip addr add ${ADDR}/${MASK} dev ${DEV} broadcast +
