## To discourage users from using ``unsigned``, it's not part of ``system``,

## computes the integer modulo operation. This is the same as
## ``x - (x div y) * y``.

## Returns true iff ``x <= y``.

## Returns true iff ``unsigned(x) < unsigned(y)``.
