Merge tests into a larger file (part 1 of ∞) (#9318)

* merge concept issues tests

* merge concept tests

* fix failing tests

* smaller outputs

Use `doAssert` where possible.

* fix wrong output

* split `tcomputedgoto`

* revert merging concepts
