start passing in Editor_state explicitly
In this commit, top-level edit functions:
  - edit.draw
  - edit.update
  - edit.quit
  - edit.mouse_pressed
  - edit.mouse_released
  - edit.textinput
  - edit.keychord_pressed
  - edit.key_released
