add state arg to a few functions
  - Text.draw_highlight
  - Text.clip_selection
  - Text.selection
  - Text.cut_selection
  - Text.delete_selection
  - Text.delete_selection_without_undo
  - Text.mouse_pos
  - Text.to_pos
