- Error on no images has been removed because there might be nested
directories but 0 images & that is okay.

Only logged in users should be able to logout.

- Earlier non-authenticated users could access the images too.
- Serve original image if thumbnail doesn't exist.

- FOUC: On firefox, maybe the '@import' rule caused this.
Also tried out lightGallery.js for lightbox, it doesn't work with text
& anyways, it's buggy with bricks.js & you have to request license key.

The images weren't laid out properly on some devices.

multi-column didn't do what I wanted. bricks.js does the masonry
layout, I think left-to-right would be even better but we'll go with
this.
