I recently bought a Thinkpad x230 for $118 off of eBay

This is my first Thinkpad since the r400 I bought a while ago, I had been using a Dell latitude e7450 before yesterday and it was a *great* laptop, but it's big (14 inches) and the screen is awful (1366x768 on a *14* inch laptop. I've wanted an x230 for a while so I saw one cheap and bought it, put an extra 8gb of ram (total 12) in it (no ssd yet because I'm net booting 95% of the time), flashed some bios mods, and removed all of the ME I can.

So far I'm loving it, the screen, while tn, is a lot better than my dell's, the keyboard is great (no, I will not be swapping in an x220 keyboard), and I love the size.

As for plans, I want to buy an ultrabase, new battery (any recommendations would be great), ips screen, msata ssd, and new wifi card.

that's all for now :)
